Chilled Mango And Roasted Almonds With Greek Yogurt


Perfect any time of day, enjoy this fresh treat for breakfast or as an afternoon snack.  Packed with nutrients, although this refreshing recipe is good for you, you might think you're having dessert.  It's fast, easy and delicious.


5 3⁄10 oz
Greek yogurt
2 oz
Whole Almonds
1 oz



  1. Peel both mangos, using a knife or peeler, then remove the flesh from the stone. Chill in the fridge.
  2. Gently brown the almonds in a pan with the honey.
  3. To serve, dice the mango into a bowl, spoon over yogurt, drizzle honey over and sprinkle almonds on top.

Additional Notes:
Chef's Tip | For an extra treat and flavor, take a passion fruit, scoop out the flesh and seeds and dribble on top of the yogurt.
